Are you a real local florist?

Absolutely. We design and hand-deliver every arrangement from our flower shop in Allen, Texas. We are not a call center or order gatherer, and your flowers are never shipped in a box.

Will my flowers look like the photo?

Yes. Every arrangement is handcrafted to match the style, color palette, and size shown. Because flowers are seasonal, we sometimes make thoughtful substitutions of equal or greater value.

Can I request custom changes?

Yes! We love custom orders. Add notes at checkout or call us with special requests, favorite flowers, or color preferences.

What if the recipient is not home?

Our drivers attempt personal delivery first. If no one answers, we will leave the flowers in a safe, shaded location and notify you immediately.

Do you deliver to hospitals and funeral homes?

Yes. We deliver daily to all local hospitals, funeral homes, churches, and event venues in the Allen–Plano–McKinney area.

What is your freshness guarantee?

Your flowers should last 5–7 days with proper care. If you experience any issues, contact us and we will replace the arrangement or make it right.

How do I care for my flowers?

Keep flowers in a cool location, away from direct sunlight. Replace the water daily and trim stems every 2–3 days for longest vase life.

Do you offer delivery tracking?

Yes. After your order is delivered, we send a confirmation text or email so you know exactly when your flowers arrived.
